Best Custom Design Build in Phoenix AZ

My main water line broke. I needed access through my driveway in a hurry. Charlie sent someone very quickly which allowed the plumber to start work. The plumber was impressed and couldn’t believe how straight the cut was and that there were no chips at all!! This is the second time I’ve used Charlie. I will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs concrete work.

We had our old concrete patio replaced by these guys and we are so happy with the results! They did an excellent job and finished the job quickly. They had what I wanted it when I needed it(Grease Interceptor, adjustment rings. It was on short notice, but they made it happen on behalf of Sharp Creek Contracting and myself to meet our inspection date!

We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.

I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. Amazing experience

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

No call no showed twice the 1st time got some lame excuse the second time nothing. I'd never do that to one of my customers, no respect for anyone's time. Whoever is estimating jobs shouldn't be.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
