Don't walk...run from this company!

Complete nightmare to work with! Sales person was great and well versed but after that it was HORRIBLE! Scheduling never called. Multiple departments do not return messages, including the owner! We were selling our house and asked to get quicker replacement of Stem Wall as original schedule had us 6-8 weeks out. Told they were calling people to move it up, later told they hadn't attempted as it was Salespersons fault for not expediting the paperwork. Had to continualy call them for updates. Called to confirm install for the next week it was scheduled and told they hoped it would be on time as they didn't have permit yet! They had almost 2 months and over $500 in NON-refundable deposit to get permit! Why wait till last minute??? Finally repair person came as originally scheduled, for what was to be complete replacement of our Stem Wall (Support the garage, remove all cement, replace all rebar supports, new cement, and barrier material installed between wall and landscaping) but person said he could just chip out along base from inside garage, replace rebar and patch the existing repair area and inside wall would be smoothed over. Great! Lots less time, materials, and money? Oh no!!! At first they still wanted same amount...then knocked 25% off. Kept appealing to them that this was a substantially smaller job than estimated. Tried to work out with Sales Person but eventually left the owner a message to work it out...no returned call (like all their departments). Relented and overpaid for this...to only find out they double-charged my card and put a lein on our house! Save yourself the frustration...avoid them like the plague!!!
