Best Custom Build in Phoenix AZ

DO NOT use QCC LLC for any work. They are unreliable, no show, and lie about bids. QCC came out multiple times, made bid. Came out again to review the work before starting, changed bid because the scope of work changed. Then came out again the day we agreed to start (after no showing). Changed bid again, this time changed by 50%. Of course UP not down. I allowed them to move forward They left for some reason, were supposed to come back the next day. No showed. Made promises to come back again the day after next. No showed again. Left me with big mess of city inspectors coming, other meetings set up all hinging on this concrete work being completed. They then will not return calls, not show up, not agree to the work they said they would do. Even when I said I would pay the price they changed, even after changing it 50% higher. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and will leave you with a mess. DO NOT HIRE QCC FOR ANYTHING.

Kudos to Shane for being upfront to me on the pitfall of epoxy coating on an outdoor patios. Also for introducing me to someone that could help me with my situation. He could've taken my money and run, but he was an honest businessman. Thank you for your help , much appreciated

They helped explain everything thoroughly and made sure to answered every question I had. They did a beautiful job on my garage epoxy. This is an amazing family owned business!

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
