My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Excellent workmanship and very professional. Over the past two years, I've used Punchout Landscaping to put in pavers in the backyard along with artifical turf. Jose made suggestions that would save us money as well. Jose was very professional and really cared about his workmanship. Jose also built two block walls, (for pool equipment, and to hide a car dolly for us). Highly recommended!!!

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

Road Tech Paving did a great job on my driveway. My wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received from the company. The workers showed up in time to start their work and finished the job very quickly. We would recommend this company to anyone!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

I’m the owner of Best Concrete Co. and we have used Jovas on a couple of our Saturday projects. Sergio is always on time and brings great quality concrete. We ran short on concrete during our last pour Sergio was unable to get the additional quantity we needed but he went out of his to find another company to assist us. Cactus Asphalt came to fill potholes in the back parking lot at 67th Ave and Peoria.They did not have any of us move our cars. They blew rocks and dirt onto our cars. Called the company to file a complaint and no one returned my call
