This is my 40th year in business in the same square mile I live in. I own a 14 tenant strip mall and just had it resurfaced and then sealed by Rose Paving. I am so pleased. There are four other centers close to me and mine is by and far the best looking and I know mine will the best for the next twenty years.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Had an incident with one of their supervisors yesterday on the road. 19ave and broadway, almost crashed 4 times, tailgating me, swerving his truck and trailer into my lane trying to crash me, followed me home cursing me out throwing up middle fingers, recording me, almost Tboned my truck making a left turn(couldn’t even make a turn that’s how close he got to almost hitting my truck) I got off to talk to him and he tried running me over and sped away going 60 in a 25mph neighborhood. Called the company office and no answer called the police instead.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
