Reasonably priced and booked with the job starting the next week (a few days later). Very attentive to details, with check-ins from Jack. We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

I had some rooms in my house painted a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. Starting with Rachel at the office, followed by Colin, who came to my house and explained different types of paints and other important information about the process. Once the job was started, Daniel came to check that the painting process was moving smoothly. Luis, the principal painter, and Jesus were great at their individual jobs. Luis and Jesus were very professional while doing their job. They cleaned everything and removed anything that needed discarding. They worked fast and performed every detail during their work. They took pride in their work. They were very polite. I appreciate everyone who helped me with my painting project. I’m very pleased with the results. I would use CertaPro painters again. I highly recommend this company.

We had everything lined up with Carlos 10 days in advance to paint our kitchen. We agreed upon a price, talked multiple times on the phone (even the day before the project). He then texted me at 3pm the day before the project was to take place (we’d been counting on this and turned down other contractors) and cancelled the project. He gave no reason.

Do not trust Carlos or this company, they will chase whichever project pays them the most
