Crash of Rhinos Painting did a great job for us painting our block wall. The guys were very personable and professional. Will definitely consider them to paint the outside of our house when it is time.

Gilbert’s painting was professional the whole way through. We have used others painters in the past, and Gilbert’s Painting far exceed others in every category. We had the popcorn ceiling removed and retextured. Also the entire condo interior paint. They were done in 3 days.
Thank you Gilbert’s Painting!

We received a few quotes for the painting of the exterior of our home. Extra Mile wasn't the cheapest or the highest, but pretty much in the middle. Joe came out for the estimate and got us scheduled right away. He, along with his crew, was professional, responsive and on time. We have already recommended them to several of our neighbors and friends.

I have used CertaPro Painters of Scottsdale both professionally and personally and highly recommend the company. At this point I have 15 year history with numerous projects and have never been disappointed. In the rare cases when something didn't go smoothly the first time around, they immediately responded and made things right. Although I am stingy with my referrals, in this case I am more than comfortable giving them a strong recommendation

Great prices and customer service! They were on time, stayed within our budget, and very professional. The foreman came back to our office the day after the job was finished to do his own punch list walk and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction.
We went with this contractor because they are Veteran Owned and fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Highly recommend them!

I currently had them out to paint the exterior of my home 1/31-2/3/22. I decided to use them as their staff was nice (although a bit pushy during my researching phase and when scheduling) and offered financing.First issue was I orignally scheduled my project to start 2/2, but I kept getting emails that my start date was 1/31/22. I would call and the receptionist would say it was typo, but the calls/emails to change it continued even after I explained there was a scheduling conflict until I finally gave into the change. Second issue was on day two the painters were late (arrived at 11am). I understand things happen, but they didn't call me until almost 9am, gave a story about their truck yet sounded half asleep. Third issue was I have a light fixture that runs dusk/dawn on my garage wall. Prior to the job, it worked, but after it ran continuously and I had to remove the bulb. When I called to report that issue it was a nonchalant attitude of sure have them look when they put back the weather stripping but don't expect much. When the painters returned it was a well we don't remember if it was off prior to taping it up and the job and we're not electricians and left. I called the office back but was told call an electrician.I felt like since I was financed that I didn't matter as much as someone who gave them 4g up front.EDIT on 2/15: A manager finally called set up anpointment. The concerns were handled as the painters painted over the sensor. This visit could've been avoided if the crew just took responsibility on 2/4 of their error.

Our original painters (not paint ops) pushed us back a week when we were 2 weeks out from having a baby. I called Travis to ask if he could start our project in just 3 days thinking it would be a no. To my complete surprise he was so extremely nice to talk to and did everything he could to make it happen! He came over 30 min after our phone call to do our walk through/ quote and I was very impressed with his process.
All the rooms/ areas are really conveniently itemized so you have the ability to prioritize your wants and get your spend where you’re comfortable in a way that takes so much less time than having to call to ask how much something would be if you took X,Y,Z off and rework an entirely new document. I also liked that there was a sense of transparency behind the prices that would be consistent for removing or adding on. I really trust that.
He provides you with a folder that showcases exactly what you can expect from Paint Ops and the one thing I really liked about the company was that they have a list of local charities that they allow you to select and will donate a portion of their profit to that charity.
Paint Ops is genuinely THE most professional paint company I’ve spoken to in this area. They are incredibly kind and humble people and are running an excellent business. Our house looks incredible and they made sure to do a great job cleaning up after themselves, even helping set back up some decorations. It was so easy with them from the beginning, from the initial process to the actual job. I would not have been this happy had we gone with anyone else and I’m really glad it all worked out like it did!!

All of the paint was applied with precision and care. The team also took precautions to protect our landscaping from any possible paint spills or splatters. We even received touch-ups after completion at no extra cost! Highly recommended!

We used this company to paint our entire house from top to bottom. When the owner/salesman came out to look at the house, it was as if he was appalled by the state our house was in. Didn't think that them coming out to give an estimate would include being looked down upon. Now our house wasn't Homes & Garden, but we aren't hoarders either. That was very off putting, but my Mom trusted them since they had done an okay job at her place. We were told what to clean before they came to do the job, so that is what we did. We were not sure why we were doing the prep work for THEM, considering how STEEP the quote was that we were given, considering our house is less than 1500 sq ft.
Fast forward to the 4 days they were here, we had to stay in a hotel at our expense while they did a lack luster job & sloppy service. They were told we were getting new floors, so they made an executive decision to not put anything down while painting the walls down stairs. There was a large border of white paint on the edges of the floor ALL through the downstairs area. They didn't bother to ask when we were getting new floors or if that was even okay to get paint on the floor. I'm not talking drips on the floor, I'm talking full on paint inches wide & thick. They took a roller and painted the baseboards and the floor simultaneously. They painted over dirt that was stuck on the walls, and hairs that came off their rollers/brushes so the walls look bumpy in places now. No texturing was included and with as MUCH as charged us, it definitely should have been. There was still paint showing thru the walls in the master bedroom along with paint drips everywhere throughout the whole house. Not to mention the mounds of dry wall that were scattered all throughout our living room, and a lovely drywall dust/film that saturated the entire downstairs area as well. And more... I wish I could include pictures to show the disarray of how our home was returned to us.
When we finally were able to come home, we inspected their handy work throughout the house & noticed all the errors. My Mom called the owner to ask him to come back out to show them all their mistakes so they could fix them. At first when he came over with one of his main guys, he was extremely condescending & aloof about our complaints. The owner finally admitted that they had missed things yet still treated us like we were being overly critical.
The main guy that came out & did a lot of the work argued with us about the floors being painted. He said that he was told we were getting new floors which HE interpreted that it was going to be replaced shortly after. That was not the case as well as he didn't even ask if that would be ok. He was never told a time period of when the new floors were going to be installed. We had to live with that mess for over a month. It caused allergies from the dust left behind (they claimed that they shop-vac'd, but there was much debris left behind.) that ruined my contacts in my eyes (found this it out an emergency eye appt I had to make) and had to put drops in them for 2 weeks and couldn't wear contacts til the new floors were installed. I didn't have a spare set of glasses or other contacts either. Not fun to be blind or have to run out & spend money on a pair of glasses just so I can see again! So now...OUR house looks beautiful with all the other renovations, MINUS the chunky baseboards and debris painted onto our walls permanently.
End result was they fixed the mistakes THEY THOUGHT were appropriate.
We were excited about having our house renovated, but they seriously took our joy away by hiring them at all. If you have a spotless house & don't care about being ripped off, then use them...If not, go elsewhere!
