Ralph and his crew were amazing!! They painted a couple rooms, bathroom cabinets in our house, and touched up a couple ceilings. The attention to detail, quality of work, and efficiency were above our expectations. Ralph gave us a start date which he stuck to and even finished a day early. I was especially impressed with the time and energy the took to match the ceiling touchups. I had originally asked him to quote the entire ceilings, but Ralph suggested touching them up at a much more reasonable cost. My rooms are beautiful! I would highly recommend Red Rock Painting!!!

I hired this company to paint the entire inside of my house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints about their painting. I highly recommend them as painters.

Unfortunately, I had a major problem with the blinds which turned out to be an awful experience for me. Because the person who hung the blinds, after painting, did not hang them in a stud, three fell. The first fell in my master bedroom and broke to pieces. I could not reuse the head so had to order the complete blind for a very large window. The second blind fell on a Sunday morning at 330am. Because I had learned from the first experience, I immediately straighten the blinds and the head. I only lost three vanes (vertical blinds). The third fell in my guest bedroom and landed on the bed. Once again, I immediately straighten them and only lost three. I honestly did not know what to do.

I called the manager of Top Star Painting. He helped me discard of blinds in my master bedroom but felt it was not their fault. Later when I contacted him to explain that it was. He flatly refused to assist me and refused to accept responsibility. Not only was this a cost I had not planned to endure but also it was very traumatic.

Someone at my church suggested Lowe's and it turned out to be a wonderful experience and not as costly as other blind companies had quoted. They did a remarkable job not only in matching my blinds but in hanging them. The pattern had changed but the color was exact. The two patterns are so closely matched it is practically impossible to tell the difference. I also had to hire a blind repair company who came out, rehung two of them and checked the other blinds to ensure they would not fall. They indicated that it was the painters. When the third blind in the guest room fell, you could see the original holes whereas with the others the holes had been filled in and it was difficult to tell. I have pictures of the original holes than the holes where they were rehung.

I rated Top Star Painting a 4 because their painting was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone for painting only.

We have dogs and plan to sell our home this year when we move, we were worried about the dogs scratching the trim and having to have it redone, he had a solution - they actually make a paint for that, and anything else we never would have imagined. He was able to help us pick out colors that we liked and that were desired in the current market. There was zero pressure to schedule, he is well organized and was able to provide me with a physical printed, itemized, quote before he left our home.
We decided immediately that we would be using this company and could not be happier with the results. Our house is only 3 years old but had numerous nail pops starting, uneven spots on the walls from poor workmanship and in some places from previous painters, missing caulking. Paint Ops doesn’t just paint, they move your furniture, they sand anything uneven, repair damaged walls, and fix nail pops and trim issues. They move your furniture back and vacuum everything. They also leave you with the supplies to touch up any possible damage later. The attention to detail was unbelievable, they prep and use sprayers to paint the trim so there are no streaks or marks, and they worked around us needing to use parts of the house during the day.
During the entire process there was constant communication, we always received replies quickly, and were asked about a lot of details to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. If you are reading this, you should schedule a consultation with Paint Ops before hiring anyone, even if you already have someone in mind its worth comparing the services being offered. If there is a wait, it is worth it, there is a reason they book so far out.
