The challenges experienced with using online payment unfortunately were unavoidable and we made every effort thru the bank to make it as seamless as possible for you in this special circumstance as we have never had any issues with online payment. I did personally make an effort early on as well to give you alternative means of payment and offered to pick up payment from you personally on multiple occasions. Our payment schedule is clearly stated on our contracts and is disclosed clearly prior to starting a project. Our workers which are vested with our company give 100% effort in delivering great workmanship in a timely manner.
