I hired this company to paint the entire inside of my house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints about their painting. I highly recommend them as painters.

Unfortunately, I had a major problem with the blinds which turned out to be an awful experience for me. Because the person who hung the blinds, after painting, did not hang them in a stud, three fell. The first fell in my master bedroom and broke to pieces. I could not reuse the head so had to order the complete blind for a very large window. The second blind fell on a Sunday morning at 330am. Because I had learned from the first experience, I immediately straighten the blinds and the head. I only lost three vanes (vertical blinds). The third fell in my guest bedroom and landed on the bed. Once again, I immediately straighten them and only lost three. I honestly did not know what to do.

I called the manager of Top Star Painting. He helped me discard of blinds in my master bedroom but felt it was not their fault. Later when I contacted him to explain that it was. He flatly refused to assist me and refused to accept responsibility. Not only was this a cost I had not planned to endure but also it was very traumatic.

Someone at my church suggested Lowe's and it turned out to be a wonderful experience and not as costly as other blind companies had quoted. They did a remarkable job not only in matching my blinds but in hanging them. The pattern had changed but the color was exact. The two patterns are so closely matched it is practically impossible to tell the difference. I also had to hire a blind repair company who came out, rehung two of them and checked the other blinds to ensure they would not fall. They indicated that it was the painters. When the third blind in the guest room fell, you could see the original holes whereas with the others the holes had been filled in and it was difficult to tell. I have pictures of the original holes than the holes where they were rehung.

I rated Top Star Painting a 4 because their painting was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone for painting only.

I had our office complex painted by this crew and was blown away by how well they did. I've had some bad experiences in the past and these guys really exceeded my expectations. The communication was great, the prep work was diligent, the masking was precises and the overall experience was first class! Great job, I will be referring you to my clients and friends!!

Please do not waste your money!! I would give zero stars if able. First of all, job was not finished when promised. Actually job not finished at all. We are from out of town and we’re told it would be finished on a Monday. We arrived on Friday and interior paint looked horrible! Things that were discussed did not even get done. We met with owner on Friday and he agreed that the quality of work was poor. Next, he said that he would have a full crew the next day and have finished on Sunday! We came out on Saturday and there was only one guy painting. We again asked, are you sure this is going to be finished and we were told oh yes. Crew supervisor Dean, said that he would come out and complete the job Sunday, but when we arrived early morning he was complaining about sciatic pain and he left early. We have had to reschedule house cleaner and carpet cleaner because they were not finished. We have called owner Kelly numerous times and he says that he was going to get it done but sent one guy who said there was no way he was able to complete it! Also, they ruined my wallpaper in my half bath when they tore the tape off the walls. Needless to say, just stay clear of this business!

Great team! Completed project on time and kept me well informed of the progress. They exceeded my expectations, highly recommend this company!!

Terrific experience with Envision Painting - couldn't have been better!

The team from Prime Painting did a great job on the exterior of our house. Put on 3 different colors perfectly, and painted our exterior block wall. We had some interuptions from rain that they handled well, and stayed in contact with us. We selected Prime not as the lowest bid, but they were reasonably close, and certainly the most professional. We will be contacting them in when we decide to do the interior.

Mario, and his crew did a Great job on our house. Both the house and exterior cement fence were power washed, patched and repaired before painting. Most companies will just wash and throw paint on a home without preparing it first. That was not the case with these guys.This work was done in a timely manner.
They were very professional,and went out of their way to make our home look nice. I highly recommend them.

Envision Painting actually showed up on time and did what they were supposed to to!! i've had so many bad experiences with other contractor... They come look at the house and never send a quote, you cant get a hold of them. Even when I've tried hiring people in the past, they never seem to show up to start the job when they are supposed to - It is such a PAIN IN THE A$$!! Until I found Envision - they truly are a class act. They answer my calls, or respond quickly. They always show up on time, the get the job done properly, and best of all, they don't even charge a deposit!!! I will never look for another painter again!

Never been so disappointed in a company. They came in and way over other companies in price, but reviews were solid and company seemed legitamate. Collin our sales guy was cool so we decided to move forward. Well they took 4 days to produce. We only have a 1800 square foot home so that should have been our first warning. Our house is a wreck. The paint job was laughable, until you realize its your home. Then you get the bill and you want to cry. They came back out to make it right. Well the trim looks terrible. I have grey paint on my white cealings. Certain parts of the walls did not get a second coat, cealings have dirt and spots so much I am fairly confident they did not do them. I have paint on doors, my brand new tile, and no paint on some walls. These guys are nice which makes this so much harder. I want to pay them and be happy. Yet as of right now, I have a trashed house with an incomplete paint job and promises to fix it Tuesday, making this a 2 week project. No walk through has been done and its crazy what got missed and how I had to play project manager to get movment. Seriously some of the worst work I have ever seen.
