Ironically I'm getting quotes for house painting this week, but I won't be calling this place. The owner obviously has road rage as he aggressively passed me keeping the wheels of his large truck in my lane and cutting me off to express his anger at me not driving fast enough despite the fact I was in traffic and couldn't change lanes. Not the type of person you'd want to do business with.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall, we're happy with the outcome of Prime Painting. Our house was completed in a timely manner with good quality of the work. The crew was on time, respectful, and easy to work with every day. We did run into some issues that are important to acknowledge. They had to come back out for touch-ups and some trim pieces that were missed. Communication with Jim was a struggle, the office did not provide the crew clear directions regarding the details of our job, and they grossly over-ordered paint leaving us with 10+ gallons of white paint to store. Additionally, there were issues on the final touches like re-installing handles upside down, doors not closing properly anymore and many stripped screws discovered as we fixed the doors.

Melissa Probst our estimator came by and communicated well with us as far as colors, paint company, price, description of service and appointment. The two painters that came over for the two day job(July) we’re efficient, thorough and professional. Interaction and communication went smoothly and they were respectful of us and our property. They did a great job on prep work, final touch ups, clean up and walk through before and after. If your choosing this company maybe you can refer to this comment and ask for the same people that did our service. Our choice was worth the cost/investment.
