Hugh was amazing to work with. Easy going, direct, and communicative. The work done by Joe and his team was incredible and they even finished a day ahead of schedule. Patched holes and repaired peeling drywall. Anything we asked for they listened and followed through. I would use Hugh and Copper Valley for all of my future painting needs!

Hugh is SO professional and will assist in the major decision as to what color to paint your house. He is versed in design, takes into account your home’s style and roof color. He was prompt to every appointment and communicated professionally throughout the process - from initial contract to final walk through and payment. Joe and his crew painted our house and his attention to detail was spectacular! He was respectful of our home and yard and put everything he moved back where he found it. He showed up on time every morning (early!) and worked until dark. Our house started and finished right on time. We are so happy with the final product and are so glad that our experience was such a positive one - especially after hearing some horror stories with their competition! Thanks guys!

I needed to get my house painted and had received a quote from a company I heard about on the radio. I was a little surprised when they told me they would just drive by and look at the house and send me a quote, but that's what they did. Their quote was much higher than I was expecting.
I found Copper Valley painting through Home Advisors. Hugh came to my door and walked around the entire house with me and told me exactly what they would do. I pointed out a dry-walled ceiling over our back porch, which I assumed would need to be replaced, and he said they could make make it look new. He gave me a verbal quote and I asked him to put me on the schedule. His quote was more than $2000 below what the other company had quoted me. He emailed me a contract and we were good to go.
Diego and Julio came on the appointed day and got right to work. While one quickly began power washing the house, the other got busy masking windows and patching cracks. Our house is two stories and 3900 square feet. At the end of day one, the trim and accents were done. At the end of day two, the back and one side and half of the other side were all finished. By noon on day three, we had a new house. They were professional and fast.
Start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. They used Dunn-Edwards paint, got it done quickly and professionally, and the price was right in line with what I had hoped it would be. Phenomenal. That’s the only word to describe copper valley painting. Hugh came out and gave us a detailed proposal on painting our home, he was thorough and informative about the entire process. We received Hugh’s quote and compared to others we received and immediately seen the difference his process was listed line by line how to execute the job and exactly what his team would be doing. On top of that he was more reasonably priced for better quality materials. I’ve never had a better experience working with a company in my 17 years of owning my home cannot recommended enough.

Contacted Copper Valley Painting based on a friends recommendation for exterior house painting. Hugh made an appointment with me to give me a quote. I was super impressed with him...very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and offered a price I thought was beyond fair. I was unsure about colors but told him the look I was interested in and he offered a couple suggestions, which ended up being perfect for the look I wanted. He emailed me a contract and got me on the schedule right away for the following month. The day painting was to begin the best two man crew arrived...Joe and Randy. They were on time, explained what was going to take place each day, and were so skilled. They took extra care to put protective plastic all over the ground and all windows. When the job was done they cleaned everything up so well you couldn't even tell work had been done except that my house had fresh sparkling clean new paint.
They were very nice, respectful, and very professional. So happy I chose to work with Copper Valley and would definitely recommend them.

This company seemed to come highly recommended so my husband and I reached out to have our home in Surprise painted. A gentleman named Hugh came to our home and was super informative and helpful and gave us a verbal quote and said that we would receive it in writing that evening. That was 5 weeks ago and we still have not received it despite multiple calls and emails (from different addresses in case of spam filters). We needed to secure a quote quickly to comply with HOA timelines. If they did not want our work, then why spend the time to come and quote on it? If they decided they didn't want the job then just say so! If this is how they operate, how would we ever trust that they would show up for the job? Extremely unprofessional!!! Zero stars

Since this seems to be the only way you will communicate with us. At no point did you tell my husband that you could not quote. You gave him a number. Also, we emailed and said that we would be interested in doing the work earlier. Furthermore if you felt there was a miscommunication, then just answer an email!!! We will be going elsewhere to someone who will value our business

Copper Valley Painting did a beautiful job on the exterior of our home. They were on schedule, worked carefully, and left with no need for me to do cleanup. Their price was fair and when there was a need to do additional work to comply with the HOA, Hugh came out the same day and took care of it. We would recommend them for anyone who wants to have exterior painting, at a competitive price, with friendly, careful workmen.

We just had our house painted by Copper Valley Painting and we had such a great experience. Hugh and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Hugh was very helpful from the start when we had some difficulty choosing the color we wanted. He listened and helped us choose a few samples that were exactly what we were trying to describe. The crew that shows up to do the work was wonderful. The guys are very professional, very careful, taped and protected everything, and did an incredible job. This was a whole house paint job. They did the stucco, wood, iron, and lights. All work was done in about a week and everything looks great. They really work hard to do a very thorough job. Excellent!!! I was impressed from the initial estimate to the completion, Hugh provided an experienced, honest and very reasonable estimate and outbid three other individuals. Diego and his crew were wonderful and did an amazing job. The total house was completed in a day, including, my side gate which they repaired, coated the metal frame and stained the slats. When I did my final inspection, I was floored that the house had no bleeding through of any of the original paint and they were able to paint the areas of my house that had vines covering the walls. They were meticulous and very professional. I am considering a future project of painting my home interior and definitely will use this company again. Thank you.

I just want to extend my gratitude to Copper Valley painting. Hugh initially arrived at my house to give me a quote. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about paint schemes and in general painting and repairs. I had the work done the week of 6/7/21 and these guys did a phenomenal job on my house. Joel did a beautiful job on my drywall needed for my back patio (That is the length of my house) which I'm sure was a challenge to repair. The detail in the drywall and the exterior painting of my house and interior yard wall was done exceptionally well by Joel. Joel arrived each day timely and he really worked very hard which definitely shows in the results.

Hugh has been amazing from beginning to end! He knew that we were under a time constraint and he and his crew moved their schedule around to get our house painted. They did a wonderful job! But it does not stop there; Hugh took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with a project and did not even charge me. HomeAdvisor sent this contractor my way and the bid process was fine. I e-mailed them a signed contract after getting a bid from Hugh and then all contact from them stopped. Along with that emailed contract I have left a voicemail and tried to call them another time or two but all of that has also gone unanswered. I did call them one day out of curiosity from a different cell number and they picked right up, about 15 minutes after my last attempted call.

Do note this contractor uses Acrihues by Dunn Edwards, flat, which is the lowest quality paint Dunn-Edwards offers; the voicemail I left them asked for a new bid on a higher end paint but as I said they flat out ignored me. Their original price was above average given the paint they are using compared to other contractors using a similar grade paint and I found 2 contractors using a higher end paint for less than their $250 off discounted price.

Painted me and my moms house very easy to deal with. Hugh and staff was very friendly and the knowledge to help with what I thought was a nightmare they made easy. My neighbors all used them as well thanks Hugh and Crew!

It's been 10 months and we are not impressed. I'm STILL finding paint everywhere in the interior. Just this morning I was cleaning under the microwave and there is about 3ft of tape under the cabinet space and a sloppy paint job. The pre-existing color was a shade of blue, so it is obvious. I have scraped so much paint off out furniture. My sons bed, our bed, our wall unit, even our indoor plants. It's plain ridiculous. Our floor boards look like complete garbage. It truly looks like a child did it. The grout is a disaster throughout the perimeter of the downstairs. I literally find tape every month. The staff lacked basic customer service skills. We communicated thoroughly and were met with excuses. I requested a walk-through and the floor boards be cleaned up at 9am (when both my husband and I would be home) the following day. The painters arrived at 830, cleaned one area about 15 ft, and left. We called Hugh ad he assured us he would do a walkthrough himself and clean the mess. He never did. Its is absolutely not my job to micromanage people you are paying to do a service, and yet that was the theme throughout the experience.
The paint is peeling everywhere. It is complete garbage. I spend a day a month doing touch ups. It's literally peels off like rubber, exposing the pre-existing color. The interior looks amateurish. We had the exterior done as well and it looks great. However, there is paint splatter all along the path way. Nearly a year later and I'm STILL finishing their job. I cannot reccomend this company.

We had a great experience. Very pleased with the job they did and the process from estimate to finish was easy. Have nothing but great things to say about the crew and I'll gladly use them again when needed and have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

Fair pricing and easy to deal with. Painted my 5000+ sq foot home in one week made it look new again. Very neat and tidy I have ocd about stuff like spilled paint. Not one drop any where thank again for the care and time Hugh and Crew toke.

I set an appointment with Hugh. After waiting half an hour past our appointment time, I called him and left a message. He never showed up for the appointment and did not call back. Due to his lack of professionalism, I would never do business with this company.
