They come back to do a final walk through to make sure you are 5,000% happy with everything and did punch list items and touch ups to make sure we were completely pleased with their work. A+++ I have been in the mortgage/real estate business for over 19 yrs and have never had a painter I would put my name behind until them. Your search is over. This is the company you want to hire period. I received estimates from most the major painting companies in the area. One came in at DOUBLE the cost! Marcel were not only the LEAST expensive but their administrative professionalism and, most importantly, the QUALITY of their work was EXCEPTIONAL.

Dean provided the estimate, answered when I called, and responded to texts regularly. I was lucky enough to be assigned Armondo and his crew to complete the actual prep and painting process as well. They worked incredibly hard to make every detail just right. They met every single one of my (sometimes picky) expectations and then some.

The measure of a business is how they respond when unforeseen problems evolve. They did NOT try to take advantage of me when they easily could have.

This ENTIRE organization did what they said they would do, on time, and worked with me to overcome the monumental task of applying over 45 gallons of paint just right - Oh yeah, they were also available in a week or two instead of 6 months out…just a great business to work with, with quality people, driven by what appears to be a high ethical ideal.

I have a seven year warranty, in my particular agreement, and I will sleep easy on the assumption that they will respond to future needs as well as they did to my initial work.

The interior painter was prompt & professional in meeting and providing a bid. The bid was right on the money, as was the work. We required a patch in our 100-year-old lath & plaster ceiling after the replacement of an upstairs shower. The painter repaired the unsightly hole above our dining room table and provided timely follow up & convenient billing practices.

I am a renter, and a working senior. My landlord scehed7led interior painting over a month ago. I scheduled time off and got everything packed up and out of the way. The evening before he was scheduled to arrive he increased the cost To almost double, citing construction Costs, and the fact that he hadn't seen the duplex in Over two years (he never tried to schedule time to see the unit). Said he didn't want to lose money ( he figured that out the night before?? Now my house is in boxes and I will have to take more time off. The most unprofessional way of doing business with no thought to his client or her tenant. I would never recommend this company.

Our house is painted and I couldn't be more happy.

They did a really wonderful job. They pressure washed the entire house; not just the wood. They replaced wood and scraped wood. They replaced a door and scraped the front door. Then they painted. I was truly amazed at the amount of work involved and how they worked on the house, as if they owned it. Once finished they cleaned up the area around the house including any wood that they removed from the house.

I would highly recommend Paint Ops. They were never late and stayed until the job for the day was done. When we met the owner he was very professional and always had a smile. Never pressured us.. Not once did we hear him complain about what needed to be done. We made a slight change of color for our front door and I apologized for the change. Travis told me no apology was needed as it was our house and they would be very happy to do the change.

His crew were outstanding and very trustworthy. We were able to chat with them and every one of them were very professional and happy to help make our home exterior beautiful. He has one to pressure wash the entire house)(brick and wood), one to replace doors and one to help paint.

Would I recommend? You bet.

Ivan and his team are top notch! They are very professional and did an amazing job with our home in Chandler! We will use this team for future projects and will recommend to anyone that needs anything painted!

Did not show up on the last day to finish as promised. Painted one door out of four. Painted trim on hide. I’m still cleaning up the spatters. Crew of four but only three showed up except the 4th was here on next to last day to pick up 4650 dollar check. It’s not nice to take advantage of an elder lady!
