We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

5 Stars for the Painting Team at Envision Painting! The did an excellent job with the painting project at both my home and my business. The painters are extra careful, take a lot of pride in their work, and really care about providing outstanding service for their customers. When they painted my home, it was very old and dated - I had gotten a letter from my HOA because it was in such disrepair. Now it looks New, the colors look fantasic, and they warranty their work for my piece of mind. Our business was looking very drab. We added some color and now it can be seen from the road, and people come in talking about our new look. We will definitely hire Envision Painting again for our next project!

Joe with Arizona Superior Painting was very helpful, providing us with the most reasonable quote of anyone else who came out. He also worked with our schedule. He went out of his way to bring by samples to help us make a decision on paint colors and waited on us to get the approval from our HOA. When it came time to the actual team that did the painting, Alexis and his father were both awesome - very kind and respectful guys who worked hard in the hot sun and finished the job to our specifications.

Rising Phoenix’s work was sub-par and very expensive. During the initial walkthrough, Juan portrayed a keen eye for detail and dedication to quality that his crew clearly doesn’t share (and, in retrospect, Juan only pays lip service to). There were issues with Rising Phoenix even from the beginning, with Juan not wanting to paint samples of various paints on our walls (he tried to charge me extra for this service that every other painter does for free) and instead providing small painted pieces of canvas (as if that’s a reasonable alternative when deciding which paints to use for an entire house). Then, Juan conveniently “forgot” about agreeing to include certain additional items in the quoted price as part of me giving him the contract (needless to say, if you are unfortunate enough to do business with this company, get everything in writing beforehand). Also, there is a clear disconnect between what Juan tells you he can/will do and what his crew actually does (despite him telling me several times that he met with his crew/walked through with them to “get on the same page”). As his crew isn’t detail oriented and doesn’t seem to really care about doing an excellent job (despite Juan’s claims to the contrary), they either miss many things or do them poorly. The resulting touch-up work then lead to a patchy paint job (or rather a patchier paint job, as poor use of a sprayer caused streaks and patches in several areas during the initial painting). This sloppiness also manifested in other ways, such as the crew leaving globs of dried drywall mud in river rock on the outside of the house, splattering paint on the river rock, smearing paint on my hardwood floor and bathroom fixtures, etc. Also, they straight-up lied about several things (stating that they would do various things that I asked them to but they didn’t and other things) and some of the drywall repair work they did is cracking after three months. When I pointed out various problems, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by fixing them; at various points Juan even had the temerity to suggest said that he would address the issues if I tipped his crew. Frankly, given the positive reviews (although, in retrospect, it is telling that this company doesn’t have that many reviews given how long they’ve been in business and how busy Juan claims they are), cost, and the attention to detail that Juan portrayed during our initial walk-through, I was really disappointed and upset by the overall poor quality of the work. The one redeeming thing was the person who did a nice job of some minor exterior stucco repair. Avoid at all costs (unless you want to pay a lot for shoddy work and be frustrated by their inability to fix the problems properly despite pointing them out over and over)! There are much better painters out there who will do good work at a much better price, like the one I hired to fix all the issues that Juan’s crew caused/left behind.

I had some rooms in my house painted a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. Starting with Rachel at the office, followed by Colin, who came to my house and explained different types of paints and other important information about the process. Once the job was started, Daniel came to check that the painting process was moving smoothly. Luis, the principal painter, and Jesus were great at their individual jobs. Luis and Jesus were very professional while doing their job. They cleaned everything and removed anything that needed discarding. They worked fast and performed every detail during their work. They took pride in their work. They were very polite. I appreciate everyone who helped me with my painting project. I’m very pleased with the results. I would use CertaPro painters again. I highly recommend this company.

Arizona Painting Company was wonderful to work with. Throughout a project that I fully expected to be frustrating, I was met with nothing but lovely, polite customer service from the salesperson to the painting crew to the people who answered the phone when I called with questions leading up to our start date. The paint crew showed up on time, prepped, power washed, and sealed all in one day. The entire job took three days, during which they always worked hard and efficiently—always respectful of my need to get in and out of the house throughout the day (I work from home) and cleaning up after themselves each day. At the end of the job, we were left with a result we loved and they left everything neat and clean. They even removed and replaced our MANY window sun shades! And to top it off, they offer financing, an important differentiator for us since we were ordered to paint by our HOA and hadn't exactly budgeted for this project this year. Their financing option was easy to use, and everyone there was super nice about helping us set it up. They weren't the least expensive quote we gathered, but the fabulous customer service, professionalism, and high quality work set them apart enough to make the tiny bit more we paid over the less expensive painting companies we considered TOTALLY worth it.
