Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry.
