I have never been one to write a review on a business but after hiring Vinnie and the crew to do my floors, I felt like it was necessary. I have very old floors (1920) and I was a little nervous about the work being done by someone without expertise in this area. After talking with 5 companies, I realized that Royal was the company that seemed to have the best knowledge, understanding and service. The floors look amazing. So shiny you could see your reflection. They look as good a today 10 months later.

Although the floors look incredible, what really motivated me to write a review was the service. Ten months after the job was complete, I was having difficulty with the trap door to the crawl space. It was stuck due to the swelling of the wood. I gave Royal a call and within a day, Vinnie was over at my house working on the problem. Now that is service! He was able to fix it and refused any payment.

If you are looking to have your floors redone, Royal is the only number you'll need.

Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job of removing existing ceramic tile and thinset. They ground and leveled the concrete ready for new tile to be installed as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Very professional. Thanks guys!

No, they aren't going to be your cheapest quote but the convenience of an easy to work with, reliable one stop shop that takes full responsibility for their work over the lifetime of the product is worth a lot. I am so happy I used this company. Did I mention they moved all the furniture out and placed felt pads on the furniture before they put it on the new flooring. They took complete and full responsibility for the job including all the tools, equipment, etc and they didn't leave a trace, not even our old carpet.

Their workmanship was outstanding and their attention detail made all the difference. They were prompt and responsive. We have had wood floors installed in our homes and this experience in both quality and price was the best job we have had done. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
