I recently had the most pleasant experience with Royal Wood Flooring. I needed to have all of my oak hard wood flooring refinished and stained. Vinny came to my home, accurately measured my three rooms and hallway and sent me a bid that same day! His team showed up on time and finished the job on time. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My floors look AMAZING and the price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the services provided and would highly recommend Royal Wood Flooring!

Daniel refinished all our wood floors and stairs. We have a very unique space with some really tough to get to spots. Even still, Daniel did a great job and he gave us a very good price. We needed a fast turnaround from the time we closed on the home to when we moved in and Daniel was very understanding of this. I'd definitely recommend him and we will for sure be using him in the future for any more flooring needs.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with this company! They have many options in style of flooring and in various shades- it made picking the perfect color for our home so simple.

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
