From start to finish, AZ Floors was very attentive, helpful and verified the job was done right. Dave Whitermore was fantastic! This is the 3rd time I have used them and have always been pleased.

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

Excellent experience. Made inquiry by phone, then shared photos and information by text. Got a quote and appointment within a couple of hours. The work was done, as promised, 3 days later. It took one full day for two people, and the price was very reasonable. Extremely satisfied!

I would give 6 stars if the system would allow me to do so. Ali and his team are fantastic, timely, professional, honest and the work of very high quality. We are definitely considering them for future projects. Absolutely fantastic.

The flooring came out great. Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of flooring that would complement each other. He was honest about the quality on the different pricing and didn't pressure us to buy over our budget. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I picked this vibrant Moroccan cement tile in custom colors which is a service I never knew existed. Either way very excited to receive this and further add to my review but the service I got at Home Solutionz - Scottsdale was 1st class and I’m certain the material I chose is equally as top grade. Have to check out this place the showroom is insane. Classic cars, weird and wonderful floors, tiles from all over.

Toscani Tile did all new tile flooring throughout my home. Their work was excellent! Nick is great to work with and the installer, Gerardo, is just amazing. He is always early every day, takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect and cleans up every day! If you are looking to have tile work done, these guys are the best!

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

We were worried about doing a tile remodel. I’d seen some awful tile jobs in friends homes and was worried I’d wind up with something that made me crazy after spending big money. I asked my neighborhood blog for a “perfectionist tile person” one name came back to me and that was Tony. Tony really knows his craft from tile to delivery and grout choice. I asked him 1001 questions, he was so knowledgeable it gave me the confidence to chose him. I made the right decision, in a big way. Tony worked with me to schedule the job, he and his crew arrived on time. His crew were so professional, so accommodating and made sure I always had some access during the job. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything as they worked. They were concerned for my comfort as well. It was like working with family honestly. The result exceeded our best expectations. Every detail done to perfection just as we wanted. We’ve included a couple of before pictures of the old tile and the extensive repairs needed to the slab and of course the spectacularly beautiful result. The team repaired the slab as well as installed the tile. Tony was one of the few installers who gave us a solid written estimate, he also did not charge to come out to give the estimate. The job was charged as written, no ‘surprises’. We were confident we were working with professionals. We were very comfortable having the crew in our home. If you are wringing your hands about who to choose - don’t - just call Tony, you won’t regret it. A last note, beware the low ballers they promise a low price and then ‘discover’ things to upcharge during the job, this happened to two coworkers who lived to regret their choice. Choose Tony you’ll wind up with value and quality done on time and as promised.

Ivan and his team were timely, responsive, and professional. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Would not recommend at all. Botched unprofessional job. 0/10.
