I had a bit of bad luck and had a flood in the kitchen of my business the day before they were supposed to start the floors. They came out again and re-evaluated the situation, and we came up with a new plan of action that would have the least impact on my business, which I greatly appreciated!

The floors turned out great! The crew worked hard through the night to get it all done as quickly as possible so we could resume business as usual.

They did the floors in my home and I am crazy happy about it. I shopped around with several big retail stores and found a better selection and better price at Arizona Floors. We had a very pleasant experience working with Heath and Rachel. We ran into problems with the floor vendor early on, but Heath took charge and dealt with the company while also facilitating an order from a new company. We also discovered asbestos in two of the bedrooms. Heath worked with a company to come out quickly and cost effectively to remove it. Despite the installation process taking longer than expected due to outside factors, Urban Customs was reliable and we couldn't be happier with the look and layout of our new floors.

This installer company has been absolutely amazing. They are with you every step and explain what the problem is and also warranty everything of anything is off they will come right back free of charge. I will continue using them.
