First Class Coatings did a great job on my garage floor epoxy finish. Initially, Eric spent an hour on the phone describing his process, answering my questions and providing an education on epoxy coatings. He came out to examine my garage floor, point out issues and suggest solutions.
His crew arrived on time each day and approached the job professionally. They patiently answered my questions about what they were doing at various phases of the job. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Best of all, there were no surprises.

They did a great job! It was fabulous incredible attention to detail and it really looks first class I highly recommend using them I have attached some pictures and video.
You'll also see that we'll be painting the walls and adding some cabinets as well. For the price quality and level of service I would not use anyone else I actually found them on Facebook that's why I'm writing this Google review. As a side note I did include some before and afters because their prep work was that intense!

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

Great products and even better customer service!

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
