I contacted them after business hours on a Sunday not expecting to hear back and they immediately responded with an appointment the next day. They are timely, their pricing is honest, and they were extremely communicative. On top of this incredible customer service, the work that was performed was perfect. We are in LOVE with our new floors. Without question we will be repeat customers.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. Our condo desperately needing new flooring. After sourcing quotes from a few different companies, we decided to move forward with the Flooring Team. We ended up getting new carpet and replaced our outdated tile with Vinyl and couldn't be happier! Top quality work, great pricing and JC and the Team were great to work with..

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..
