He was professional and gave us a very competitive quote. What I really liked about his manner was the relative ease with which he explains the process of refinishing a hardwood floor and what we could expect. Within a week, his team were working at our house and the result is absolutely astonishing. From the time I first called Eric until he was completed with the job, he remained in contact with me and was responsive to my text messages. I did not shop around, as I could tell Eric knew what he was doing and gave me a very competitive price. He stayed on schedule, and even pitched in one day when one of his workers called in sick. We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
