One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

Eric showed a great amount of dedication to get the job done and get it done right. I hired Eric on short notice, and his team was not only pleasant to work with, they were able to accommodate my annoying request to start the job on a Sunday. The concrete flooring in the garage was definitely old and wearing (some patches required/sanding), and he was very explicit in each flooring option and how it would look as an end result. We went with his recommended chip finish to cover all the imperfections and it turned out beautifully.

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

Great company! Dave was awesome, showed up and knocked out the job efficiently and gave an affordable quote to fix the cabinets in our office. Will use for handyman services in the future. Also kept great communication even though he was running behind the scheduled time.
