I have never written a review before but I felt it would be a disservice if I did not write one for Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring. He and his Crew did an amazing job! Vinny was extremely knowledgeable, his love and enthusiasm for wood flooring could be noticed the minute he walked in. He was professional, always on time and offered us reasonable prices compared to other flooring contractors.
Our floors look FANTASTIC and we could not be happier or more satisfied with the service they have provided. I will be talking about Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring and his crew for a long time since all my family and friends ask and complement our beautiful wood floors whenever they visit us. It took them 4 hours to call me and tell me they couldn't/wouldn't do what I requested in my contact form to them...simple glass pane replacement x 2...they wasted MY valuable time!
