From start to finish the experience was amazing! This is the second time I have used John the salesman and Adam the project manager/owner. They always have landed in my budget and provided amazing service throughout project. Ruben and his crew were awesome, they were friendly, kept me informed, and even looked out for me when they thought something didn’t look good and offered solutions. They are experts and artist. They even had no issue coming back and touching up things. In their mind the job isn’t over until the customer does.

I walked in to see if they could beat a price. Guy got so offended he threw his hands up and said “we’re just done here” and walked away. Haha talk about business etiquette I could not stop laughing while telling the story to my colleagues at Homesmart.

Incredible customer service and ever better quality of work. We had them rip up our kitchen and laundry flooring and install porcelain tiles throughout. It is stunning! They were on time, kept everything clean and were very professional. Just an all around wonderful experience. To top it off, my 3 year old son was so inquisitive and they let him help take out a few of the tile seperaters. It made his day and was beyond kind. We will always use this company.

Had entire house 1300 sqft old tile removed and wood grain tile installed and it looks amazing!

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.

Urban Customs is a great company. They are quick to respond to set an appt with samples in hand. In my case, they were flexible doing their job around another remodel project going on simultaneously. They cleaned up and vacuumed, leaving everything perfect. Thank you!

I just wanted to write to compliment Ali and his staff for an excellent job on our tile removal yesterday. It was fast and nearly dust free… They also did a great job with the clean up and the shifting around of the front desk. We were able to install the carpet tile immediately last night.

When we look for a company to do our tile/terrazzo/or skim coat installation months from now, AK will be at the top of our list.

European Design flooring is a very professional business. I really enjoyed my experience with them. When I went into their showroom they had a large variety of hard wood flooring, tile, carpet and more. I was a little startled with what to decide on but Jonas helped me narrow down to a couple samples. I took them home and came back the next day to get pricing. They gave me a very fair price. I had a beautiful engineered install. I didn’t know what to expect for the installation process, but that went amazing. The install crew was very nice and professional. What I really liked was how clean and organized they worked. I would highly recommend European Design flooring for your interior remodeling needs.
