Best Paver Installation in Phoenix AZ

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

We have a new build home and have been sourcing a lot of services and quotes from various contractors. I have to say that Eric and his team truly uphold their name - First Class Coatings. We wanted to do a full epoxy and chip spread for our garage. Eric was responsive and communicative from the first call, and when it came time to actually perform the job, his team was not only early on the first day, but also finished the job ahead of schedule! Some other companies took more than two days to respond by email or phone (if at all!)...I know people get busy, but an eagerness to secure new business is certainly appreciated by the customer and undoubtedly the rewards reaped by the business owner. Oh, and the floor looks fantastic to boot!

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
