Best Paint Kitchen in Phoenix AZ

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

Eric was great. He came to my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. Very open and honest. Answered every questions and concerns that I have. His crew was on time and did a wonderful job. I’m happy with the result and glad I went with First Class Coatings. They are truly first class and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a repeat customer, bought my floors here a couple of years ago. Back again for a spec home. They always sorts me out with the high-end stuff. Pricey but the sort of homes we do call for it and Ive always had ppl at open houses ask me where the floors are from so they Sell!

They did a great job, they came when they said they would and finished as promised. My only issue with them was at the initial visit with the salesman he had made a statement that I could pay either by credit card or in cash and there would be no additional charge. The contract came and is showed an addition charge for using a credit card. I contacted the salesman and he followed up with his manager and both agreed to not charge me any fees if I used a credit card. We negotiated a lower price and nothing was ever said to me that I could not still use my credit card for payment without any fees. The job was completed and I charged the payment. However the payment included a credit card charge. I spoke to the salesman and he would not stand by his and his managers commitment. He stated my negotiations eliminated the credit card charges agreement. This was never told to me nor did I ever agree to this. They did do a very good job and I am very pleased with the work.

I contacted Home Solutionz to get a quote to install my supplied ceramic floor tile in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry, pantry, closet and 2 hallways. Carla, their sales rep came to our house and was wonderful and explained the whole process and the timetable and the job went flawless! Even Doug, their Customer Service Manager came out to our house to personally inspect the process and completion!

We were SO HAPPY with Home Solutionz, We are planning on replacing the floor tile in our master bathroom. Home Solutionz is the company we are calling! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

The team was great, Mario had the group in and out within a week and the flooring looks great. I would recommend Phx floor and more to everyone who needs flooring work completed.
