They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. You will not find a better floor prep contractor anywhere! Rob fixed the issues caused by the previous contractor and was meticulous in preparing the floor perfectly for hard wood installation. He paid attention to every derail with precision and integrity and set the installer up for success. Highly recommend! Don’t hire anybody but Rob!

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.
