We're very happy with the new shower that Toscani Flooring managed/installed for us. The owner Nick is professional, courteous, and prompt. In an age where supply chain issues seem to be impacting everyone and you can't even get contractors to call back, Nick was on top of things. We received regular updates on when the tile was coming in, and once it arrived he had his teams ready to go in and get the job done. Each of his various subs were equally prompt... Original shower removal team, shower rebuild team, and plumber all showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did excellent jobs. Plus as part of the bid Nick provides a whole house cleaning to ensure everything is perfect. We highly recommend using Toscani Flooring if you are in the market for any tile or flooring needs.

I recently hired AZ Polished Concrete to polish the floor of a newly converter carport/garage. I can't say enough good things about how this process went! Working with AZPC was very easy, their communication, promptness, attention to detail and quality were amazing! There were numerous small concerns that I pointed out with cracks and chips and all were perfectly addressed. On the first day, the guys stayed really late making sure to take care of everything they needed to. I attached a picture to this review. My concrete floors were poured in 1978 and were looking pretty bad after years of use, oil spills, paint, spackle, etc. After they were done, the floor looks FANTASTIC!

American Epoxy Arizona rescued my backyard patio! I removed saltine tile and once it was removed the concrete surface was in poor shape and in need of repair. I had a concrete guy come over hoping he could help but he advised against concrete because a good portion of the repair would be a thin layer on top of existing concrete which wouldn’t last. He recommended that I look into epoxy. I called a few companies and most never called back. One came over to give me a bid and once he saw the project he said he wouldn’t do any work until the concrete surface was smooth first. It was clear that this job required tools and skills beyond this companies abilities. My search continued and I found American Epoxy Arizona. I called and spoke to Adam about the project and sent him a few pictures. He let me know that he absolutely could do this job from start to finish and he had the tools necessary for the concrete repair. Shortly after he came over to see the project and to give me a bid and we picked out epoxy colors with Jessica. The project started and finished on time and communication was great with Adam and his team. American Epoxy Arizona has the talent, skills, and tools to complete any job.

I am very pleased with the coating put on our garage floor. The floor was over 20 years old with numerous stains and cracks. My wife and I removed everything from our garage including the water softener. The garage was empty when arrived. Five guys came the first day and ran two large grinders and quickly prepared the floor for the primer. One the second day, two men came and put down the final coating and repaired imperfection in the floor. They were all nice and friendly and answered all of my questions and gave me instructions about not putting the car all my stuff back in the garage for two days while the coating cured. My wife and I were really pleased with the result. It was much better looking than we expected. I kind of like going into my garage now, just to look at it. We now are wondering why we waited so long. The Garage Floor Coating company exceeded our expectations.

I hired Cardinal to repair and coat my front walkway which was terribly cracked and damaged. The installation crew was phenomenal and the final result is better than I expected. I
am very happy with the results.

Just had my girlfriends garage done. We purchased the home about 2 years ago and my garage already had a nice coating. I wanted her garage to be as close as possible of a match to mine to prevent OCD eye twitches. Jon did find something that is close enough to make me happy! I know it is not possible to match a 12 year old floor. The installers were very courteous and did a great job. Thanks Jon and Team!
