First class costing is AWESOME! Everyone we worked with were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure to work with Justin, Armando, and Eric. Everyone was very kind and patient in explaining our questions. The floor looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for making the whole process a breeze!!

Truly dustless removal. I'm in the middle of removing tile and carpet to put in all wood tile on my floors at home.
I talked with a few contractors who didn't use dustless systems or had a dustless system that still required you to put plastic everywhere.
I called Nick to talk about his services and he explained in depth the process and how truly dustless his system was. He assured me that there would be no need to tape stuff off or cover it in plastic.
Everything I needed to know was explained up front and disclosed, there was a misunderstanding on an additional charge but even that was explained again prior to Nick's crew arriving, so it never was a surprise.
Their contract is simple to read through and will tell you any additional charges you might incur while they are removing your tile (baseboard/cabinets installed on top of tile or membrane underlayment), still the prices are reasonable and up front so there is no sticker shock.
On the day of removal Nick and his team communicated when they expected to arrive. They were trying to squeeze me in earlier than scheduled as a convenience to both of us, but told me they would be coming from a different job they needed to do that morning.
I was not able to interact with Nick or his crew in person as I was at work, however, my wife spoke to them and they explained everything and confirmed the final charges/measurements. My wife felt comfortable with the crew the whole time and said they worked very efficiently.
We did find out that there was some black type of thinset on our flooring that they normally charge more for removal, but the amount or thickness of it must not have been that much, as Nick only mentioned it but did not charge for it.
When it was all said and done, I had a beautiful concrete floor that looks better than the bare concrete where I only ever had carpet installed. There was absolutely no dust that got into the house because of the removal and it was clear to see because we had just cleaned our counters the night before the crew arrived and they were still clean when they left.
All said and done, we spent about $1200 on 100% dustless tile removal after being quoted $500 for dusty tile removal that would require us to do an immense amount of prep work. The hours of frustration from prep and cleaning that I saved are well worth the price difference (I'm a bit of a clean freak).
I plan to use AZ Home Floors should I ever need additional tile removed (which I really hope does not happen for quite some time). Thanks Nick, Maryanne (crew leader), and the rest of you for all your hard work!
Attached are some photos of the before and after for this project. As you can see, the floors are ground so smooth, you could probably just stain the concrete and call it a day if that's the look you wanted to go for.

My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

Adam and his team at American Epoxy Arizona did a phenomenal job and showed great pride in the work they did, providing a great new space for my team to work in. All of our team members love the new flooring with how it’s looks and helps manage the day to day operation.

Amazing job from start to finish! Tom was super polite and knowledgeable during the initial consultation, and the team that came out were quick and efficient. I was kept informed of what was going to occur each day and how to take care of and clean my garage floor once it was cured. Have already recommended to others and anyone who asks about the floor gets your info!

Cardinal Concrete Coatings did an excellent job resurfacing my garage floor. The garage floor was covered in oil, grime and who knows what prior to resurfacing. They transformed a disgusting mess into something beautiful.
