Ali Karsraee send a skilled team to remove all existing carpet and tile from out recently purchased house. The entire house was retiled. This was a one week long job. The entire team at European Design Flooring is wonderful. From the first time my wife and I walked into the showroom we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. They had hundreds of samples to choose from and the lady who helped us out was focused on our needs.

Once we ordered the wood floor they were delivered to us within a week. The owner, Marin, delivered them himself and explained to us the installation process and helped prepare us for the next step.

The first day of installation the team arrived at 7:30a and began moving the heavy pieces of furniture, removing the existing carpet, and began prepping the concrete. Around 10:30a they were all ready to begin install. Before 6p, the same day, the 6 man crew was finished installing just over 1,200 square feet of engineered hardwood floor. The next morning, at 8a, the crew arrived again to finish installing the baseboards, moving the furniture back inside, and even cleaned the floors one last time.

All I can say is that they were clean, professional, and fast!

We needed to replace the flooring in one bedroom and used the professionals at Floor Source for the job. From our first visit to the store, where we met with Dave Andrews, we felt we were in good hands. Dave took the time to listen to our wants for the new floor and pointed us towards a carpet that would fit our use and stand up to the pets as well. The installers arrived early, they were very respectful and professional, and safety conscious, wearing their masks due to the health concerns related to COVID. They made short work of installing the carpet and took pride in cleaning up after themselves; the finished room is exactly what we hoped for. Based on this experience I absolutely would recommend Floor Source to a friend or family in need of flooring.

Chris was very responsive and made sure the project was on schedule when the floor was installed May 2020 George who installed the floor was a craftsman - the floor was well installed but it was the cutting into the kitchen island and around feature posts that George excelled “was better than most”.

What is even more impressive is returned to my home in February 2021 (COVID travel issues) and there was pieces of the floating floor that were hollow and not level to the base floor and some special pole wraps had cracked and broke. Chris came and looked and had George back to fix the flooring immediately and after searching for a solution fixed the pole wraps. This was done without additional costs and no questions asked - just wanted to get things fixed

Long review but wanted to commend Eagle Flooring not only on install but standing behind their work and repairing/fixing a problem
