The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. Had Arizona Home Floors remove 500+ square feet of tile for us two weeks ago. Two gentlemen arrived at 7 AM and finished by 12:30PM. I have been looking for two weeks for dust and I can't find any. I did find three little chips of tile under furniture but that is all. They did a fantastic job, very professional, clean. I can't say enough good things about them. Well worth the slightly higher price. Definitely recommend them.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
