The future of tile removal is here! After researching high and low I decided to call AZ Dust Free Tile removal for a pretty gnarly, heavily glued black mastic laden floor. They came in at a very fair price point for the high quality service I received. Throughout the process the customer service was excellent and Mark happily answered the million questions I had. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

I currently work for Mohawk, and the guys I work with are some good people. Heck of a crew we have over at Mohawk Industries.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Sealed floors came out great and looking forward to sealing other areas in my backyard.

I absolutely love my blue garage floor! Guardian did a great job, was very professional, showed up on time and finished quickly. They explained the process well and told me how to properly maintain the floor. I would use them again and will refer them to friends and family

Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Great place to work

There is no dock here. Opposite the entrance to the office is the entrance to the warehouse. park close to the side of the building. People are friendly and unloading is finished in about 30 minutes.

I recently placed an order with the Floor and Decor on camelback/highland for over 550 square foot of tiling.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. All the individuals that I worked with were fantastic.
Samantha, who took my order, was super sweet and personable.
Amanda, who had work to out a snag (the order was being shipped from another store) was a great advocate.
And finally Jeff, another great advocate, took the time and effort to make sure that I was properly taken care of.
This store is great. The people are great. It is because of my experience with these individuals that I will recommend them, and I will be back to Floor and Decor.
