I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! They have done many jobs over the years for me and my family! They are awesome to work with!!

Ceramic tile was removed from 3 rooms and a hallway. While one crew broke up the tile, another crew cleaned up the broken tile and vacuumed up the dust as they went along. When the job was completed, the floor was clean and smooth and ready for new wood flooring, with nary a sign of dust. Their prices were comparable to others, but made reasonable by virtue of their process. I would recommend AZ Home Floors for dust free tile removal.

I've always had an excellent experience working with AZ polished concrete. they are very knowledgeable, provide top quality work and are excellent communicators.

Garage came out perfect. Stacey's crew had to do extensive prep and cleaning to the existing floor so that the epoxy coating can properly adhere.

Maintenance is very little, a few sweeps here and there (thinking of putting a roomba in the garage) but overall really nice floor install.
