Heath just completed a 3 step process to refinish my hardwood floors that were discolored by the sun. 14 years of sun damage completely gone. The floor looks brand new. This summer monsoons caused water damage to several of our carpeted rooms. We took this opportunity to extend tile throughout the entire level, and from RFP to final inspection signoff, Nick Kolzou consistently validated our choice to go with Toscani Flooring. Nick personally inspected the project daily to assess the (high quality) work, as well as check in with us to ensure we were comfortable. He even took the time to educate us on maintenance of our flooring to ensure we'll get the most life from it. I would not hesitate in the least to use Nick and Toscani for our future tile needs! I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

Made an appointment for an estimate and had to cancel. I have received numerous phone calls and emails everyday. I will NOT do business with anyone that unprofessional as to harrass a potential customer.
