We hired this company through Costco and they said they would take care of everything. Well they ordered the wrong amount of carpet, we never got updates and always had the ask them for an update, and when we paid for the extra carpet we were told we would get a gift card to Costco. We asked them several occasions and they replied we ordered the carpet at costs. What does that even mean? If you want to do all the work and expect them to give you the run around then hire this company.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

Tyler came out, helped me with flooring selections. He answered all questions and made the process easy. The installation went smoothly and my floor looks fantastic. The installer finished and looked over the job and asked if I was satisfied with how the flooring looked. I'm very happy with the service I received.
