I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Their work is fantastic and their business ethics are impeccable! We LOVE our new flooring: both the bamboo wood flooring in most of the house and the carpet in the bedrooms. They'll be doing our kitchen remodel next. Great people to work with, can't say enough wonderful things about them!

I've been a Real Estate Agent in the Valley for 14 years and I've dealt with my fair share of contractors during that span, good & bad. In all that time I can count on one hand the number of contractors who were as professional, efficient, cost effective and detail oriented as Vinny and the crew from Royal Wood Flooring. They installed 800 square feet of laminate flooring in my own home, which included removal of existing carpets as well as having to trim the baseboards horizontally so that all was even upon completion. The results were fantastic, the crew worked hard and when they left the only evidence they were even here were my beautiful new floors. Vinny is outstanding, his crew is top notch, and I won't ever hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of wood or laminate floor work.

Ali Karsraee send a skilled team to remove all existing carpet and tile from out recently purchased house. The entire house was retiled. This was a one week long job. This business is run by hard working young men who are highly motivated to create the ideal outcome for their customers. They stuck to their quote even when they found a large crack in my sub-floor that resulted in additional labor they didn’t ask for a penny more.

As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

This business is one of the nicest to work with. They are super people.
