Epoxy Flooring Phoenix was able to take my garage to the next level with its epoxy coating. They were able to provide me with a coating that was customized to my needs and the finished product looks amazing I couldn't be happier with the final result.

They did a great job! It was fabulous incredible attention to detail and it really looks first class I highly recommend using them I have attached some pictures and video.
You'll also see that we'll be painting the walls and adding some cabinets as well. For the price quality and level of service I would not use anyone else I actually found them on Facebook that's why I'm writing this Google review. As a side note I did include some before and afters because their prep work was that intense!

We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. Everything about Guardian Garage Floors is fantastic! They use top quality flooring material and do immaculate work. Jon came to the house and gave me all the options, pricing, and details about the scope of work. He made it very easy to make a quick decision to use this company. They were willing to work their schedule around as to when I needed the flooring started and completed. Luke, Fernando, and another Luke did the work. Bobby is amazing, knowledgeable and professional! We contacted by phone in early evening, explained what and why we needed his expertise. We are out of state and we were able to purchase cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Georgette helped us in designing a wonderful kitchen layout. The cabinets are beautiful and well built by Karman. I would highly recommend using InteriorWorx for all your needs.

Overall, we are displeased with the final product and will not be using Home Solutionz again. The final floor has crooked grout lines and what I feel is significant lippage in my dining room area which I am concerned will cause issues with my dining room table and chairs in the future. I had another project I was going to contact them for, but I am no longer interested and will look for another company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They claim they do 'luxury installation'. IMO they are average at best and not worth the price. For the final result, I might as well have gone with a cheaper company. The final cost per sq ft for tile install was $5.50 per sq ft (materials and demolition not included). The work was sloppy. The installer tried to blame it on the variarion in the starting floor, but the area where I have the most issues with the lippage was stripped to the bare concrete prior to their arrival and we had no issues with lippage on the tile we demo'ed. Also if there were concerns over the bare floor we provided, I should have been contacted to determine the cost to address it.

I posted a dissatisfied review and Briana, their project manager, reached out to me. I provided her with photos of multiple areas where I was concerned with the installation and felt it wasn't up to snuff. I requested a representative from Home Solutionz home office be present when the crew came back to address my concerns. The 'crew supervisor' who i was told would be here was just one of the two guy crew who installed. This meant the crew used my remaining tile to fix errors in installation which included two broken tiles and a chipped tile. Since they had limited product and no representation from the Home Solutionz office, I feel the work to correct my concerns was left incomplete.

On their return visit, they fixed the broken/chipped tiles and added some extra grout, but my concerns regarding the lippage and the crooked grout lines were swept under the rug. His solution to the crooked grout lines was adding more grout to thicken the line and make it less noticeable how crooked the actual tile install was and he claimed unless you can trip over the tiles they don't normally make sure they are flush with their neighbors. Perhaps this is within industry standards, but for a 'luxury company' and the price I expected better.

Today I felt pressured to sign paperwork saying the job was completed because without it the installers won't be paid for the job. His words not mine.

Given some setbacks that occurred, it is possible the crew felt rushed to finish the job to get paid, so perhaps this is not representative of the normal Home Solutionz product, but after an all in all unpleasant experience and dissatisfactory final product, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

Gave me a quote for garage cabinets and epoxy floor. Payed for the cabinets before Kevin senior finished and have tried getting in touch with him to finish for 2 months. He will not return my calls or text. I will never refer or use them again, Getting my floor done by someone else.
