Home Solutionz is the best company for flooring services. I hired them to remove the carpet in my Scottsdale home and put a tile floor in it. They are fantastic, and their team did an excellent job. ABEL and LEO were the main installers for this job on Wed, April 26, 2023. They were timely, hard working, professional and very clean workers. They love their jobs and it showed! They explained everything they did and if there were questions they provided the answers. The install took them a 4 hours longer than anticipated and the company sent over LUKE to add assistance. It was no easy job but they all had smiles while they worked. I chose a floor that was black, gray, red and white and now that it has cured 24 hrs it’s spectacular! I’m waiting till Sat as ABEL thought 48 hours plus would be ideal in getting the best results.They started at 7am and left the residence after 5pm. As well, the place was spotless even to the driveway that they swept when done. If you want THE BEST and THE BEST RESULTS don’t waste your time calling around! There is only one company to call ……GUARDIAN GARAGE FLOORS as they are NUMBER 1 in my book.

A real dump. People were rude as hell

Not sure if they do good work, couldn’t ever get them out to our house. They came out for a quote and took half up front with no problem. When it came down to doing the job they asked to reschedule, we refused. Then on the day they were suppose to install the tile they NO SHOWED. Nobody ever called and explained what was happening and nobody would return our phone calls. We waited around all day (took work off) to find out they weren’t coming. They wanted to reschedule us with the same installer that no showed...didn’t want to risk it happening again so asked for a refund. Getting your money refunded is also a headache. I will give Dan some credit, since he was the only one who cared about our situation and gave us the initial quote. But honestly save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere!
