Best Commercial/Industrial in Phoenix AZ

The short and sweet version: First Class Coatings did an amazing job and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their garage. Please continue reading for my detailed review below.

I contacted First Class Coatings on April 26th, Eric the owner was arriving at a job but took time to explain what his company provided and the entire process. He told me to do my diligence in screening other companies before making a decision. I spoke to a few other companies, but their prices weren't even coming close to what First Class Coatings offered. Later that evening I contacted Eric again to let him know I would like to move forward. He mentioned that he was working on a large 8000+ sq ft project. I thought to myself, this is his scapegoat to push my project to the bottom of his schedule and ultimately forget about it.

Eric wasn't able to come out and physically look at my garage floor. He asked me to take some pictures of it. I sent them over and he tells me that my floor doesn't look like it's in the ideal condition (house was built in 2015, added a 10x4 ft step pad to the house entrance). Again, I start thinking to myself now he going to up charge me. He assured me that he would do everything he could on his end to not increase the price we had talked about. He took the weekend to arrange his schedule for the next week. We spoke on Tuesday 5/2 and he said he could have his crew out on Friday. I told him that probably wouldn't work since we were having my son's first birthday party at our house on Sunday. He asked me if I was comfortable (cleaning out the garage) to start on Wednesday. Took me a couple hours to get the garage cleared, but we were ready to go.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. Each of them were extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. They had to use some TLC on the step pad surfaces, patching and grinding them. They notified my wife when they finished that day and said they would be back early Thursday to complete the work. They finished applying the final coat as well as touching up the baseboards. I receive the invoice and was expecting additional charges for the extra work that was needed. There were no additional charges, like Eric said he covered the additional labor and materials. Needless to say I'm extremely glad I went with First Class Coatings from start to finish.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Epoxy Flooring Phoenix and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The actual installation process was quick and seamless. They paid close attention to detail and ensured that the epoxy was applied evenly and smoothly.

Sheldon and Cara from Epoxy Werx did an amazing job on our epoxy garage floor. They were on time, and very professional. The work that they do is flawless, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for epoxy garage floors. They’re affordable, and experts at what they do.

Not able to do small residential homes.

I am so glad I found this company to do my garage floor! First class service. I started with the delightful project manager, Xhesika Ruzsa, who was extra attentive to my project desires, and offered very helpful advice that led to a very successful project outcome. This family owned and run business did the work promptly, and the whole plan came off without any hitches. My garage had a stem wall that I thought I was going to have to paint over afterwards. But they also did the stem wall as well, at no extra charge. Before you consider anyone else to do a truly professional garage floor in epoxy, check this company out. My floor had old paint that had to be removed. American Epoxy Arizona does the diamond grind removal process that gets right into the concrete base, and opens up the concrete pores to receive the new epoxy. Some companies don't do this! In my opinion, I received first class service at a bargain price. The floor seems so durable and will probably last 20+ years with my car and truck parked there. I think this will most likely be one of the best home improvement projects I will have done do to my new home, especially as to how it relates to house resale recoup $. Please check this company out! You will be pleasantly rewarded!

They did a great job, they came when they said they would and finished as promised. My only issue with them was at the initial visit with the salesman he had made a statement that I could pay either by credit card or in cash and there would be no additional charge. The contract came and is showed an addition charge for using a credit card. I contacted the salesman and he followed up with his manager and both agreed to not charge me any fees if I used a credit card. We negotiated a lower price and nothing was ever said to me that I could not still use my credit card for payment without any fees. The job was completed and I charged the payment. However the payment included a credit card charge. I spoke to the salesman and he would not stand by his and his managers commitment. He stated my negotiations eliminated the credit card charges agreement. This was never told to me nor did I ever agree to this. They did do a very good job and I am very pleased with the work.

The garage came out beautiful. Epoxy Strong did a fantastic install.

The Father and Son team have helped us on multiple projects and we haven't had a single issue in all this time. They are clean, punctual and, fairly priced . To be honest as I'm writing this review there's another project in the works with these guys
