I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Rachel and Heath were amazing to work with. From the initial call to the final completion of my beautiful floor, they were so helpful and professional. Rachel searched for the exact flooring that I wanted even though they didn't carry it and Heath installed it flawlessly! They are both great to work with and very friendly and kind. They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

Very good during the quoting and scheduling phase. Kept in touch and worked us in to meet our schedule. Crew showed up right on time. Very pleasant and efficient. When they say dust free they mean dust free. House was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Floor of the whole house was tile ready, all in one day.. They removed about 560 s.f. of tile and used grinders to clean and profile another 1,040 s.f.

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..

Tony recently installed new marble tiles in my upstairs bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to install the tile exactly how I wanted and the attention to detail is great. Not only was the work great but everything was completed quickly.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!
