Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Robert and his team completed the work on time and with the greatest care I have experienced. The initial estimate provided some thoughtful guidance by Robert based on his experience and I am fortunate to have listened to him. The installation began on time and finished on time. The garage floor was beyond our expectations and cured beautifully.It is not often that you get a busy contractor to give you a prefect estimate that he sticks to and then he arrives and completes the work on days he told he would!

I have needed flooring services for multiple projects throughout my and my relatives house. After the first project and working with both Victor and Mario, they became our go to vendor for flooring. The hard work, expertise, and dedication they put in when starting a project is absolutely incredible!

Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

After using the folks at Home Improvement Depot for essentially all of the major replacements in our new home we are happy with our experience. We purchased countertops and installation of said countertops from them and there has been much to be desired. The install company that was used for our install was flaky and unreliable. Dino stated that this would be addressed moving forward so I would definitely keep an eye out for that aspect. Otherwise, great experience, great material, great value and lead time.
