We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

- Ken (the sales brother) went to three different wholesalers searching for wood to match my existing, discontinued wood, then brought over the samples.
- Van (the install brother) created a customized fit for the floors after finding an unexpected quirk in my flooring that would have otherwise been a pricey fix. He also fixed my curtain rod just because he noticed it needed fixed. Ha! Days after the job I noticed a weird area in one of the carpet tucks and he was there the next morning to fix it. He also left a scratch refill pen for me just in case.
-Saved me money by reinstalling the molding after floor installation. I don’t know, I’ve heard some companies hassle you about this or make you buy new stuff.

Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
