This is an excellent floor covering establishment. They have a HUGE selection to choose from, at all price ranges. Daniel was especially helpful in guiding me through the varieties of carpets and pads, with their respective pros and cons. I may add that the installers were very easy to work with, courteous, and very helpful in restoring the room to its original state. All work and orders actually came in before deadline.

The folks at Home Solutionz - Phoenix were caring, professional, and enjoyable to work with - both in-store and on the job site, at our home. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Super happy! Mario and Victor and the whole team was professional and worked quickly. They worked over the crazy holiday season and managed to gut and remodel our 1,716 sq ft home in 3 months. We worked with Edward at the Power Rd/Baseline in Mesa, AZ store. He was very helpful and walked us through the process. We have not got pre-made cabinets yet, we are hoping that they are of high quality!
