At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

Alan was the first to respond to our request, provided great recommendations for other trades and completed our job as promised. He provided an exceptional value and worked extremely hard to produce a beautiful result. I’ll, no doubt, be calling him again!

Poor quality, refuses to refund. Work was done incorrectly from the beginning, confirmed by multiple professionals including the company themselves after seeing what their workers had done. Hire at your own risk. A year later and now I’m living without flooring.
