They were not honest about the time frame. It took twice as long to complete the job. Workmanship was poor. Cuts around doors were executed poorly. Several tiles were hollow sounding and had to be replaced. Day one they only worked 4 hours. They got mortar on my doors, walls and in rooms they weren't working on. They would leave the worksite for extended periods. When I called the project manager je stated there was an apprentice on my job and he would come out. He never showed.
I would not recommend this company ever. I hope it wasn't because I live in South Phoenix.
Amazing you had 4 days to come to my home and did not. My bathroom door doesn't close any longer because the tiles are uneven. Most of the photos are after completion. Why do people think that just lying will excuse their behavior.

I met Daniel a few years ago when he repaired a problem in the floor of our house which we were selling. He came to our house on a Sunday because we needed the help quickly. We hired him to install a wood floor in our new home and he was a great help. He warned us against with the wood we had chosen. It was too thin not of great quality. Justin (JW) did an outstanding job with a tile instal job in my townhouse. Extremely professional and punctual. JW is very detailed oriented and took his time with making sure all the lines ran evenly through the house. He was even kind enough to work around the large furniture I was unable to remove! As all home renovations and decorating ideas start, my house, located in Gilbert Arizona, started the same way. There was a need to replace the floor covering due to age and damage from a flooding issue. I had previously installed 12 inch ceramic tile throughout the first floor, with a Square footage of roughly 450 Square feet. The intention was to remove the tile so as to install a vinyl Planked floor.
I investigate the cost of renting the equipment, a dumpster to remove debris, and getting the needed helping hands to support this Job. I needed to estimate the time it would take to get to prepare the floor, for my new Vinyl floor. The coordination of all the issues that would allow me the ability to start installing the chosen flooring, was very confusing. This was actually the reason I decided to look into companies that could do the heavy lifting for me.
There were several issues that I had to overcome. I was 71 years old and as much as I felt I could do it physically, I kept wondering if I really want to do this job by myself. I had a time constraint that made me question if I could accomplish this effort in a timely manner. Once the cost estimates and time to complete was identified, I wondered what it would take to have it done by a reputable contractor. In my research I came up with one name “Arizona Home Floors”. I came in contact with an individual by the name of Nick who was well versed in the effort I was involved in. Do to his professional responses and company expertise, I decided to have Arizona Home Floors do the work. I was able to be schedule in less than one week from my original contact with the company.
On the scheduled date to begin, the crew showed up and went straight to work within the promised timeframe. I was greeted by the team lead, by the name of Maryanne. She and I toured the area to be worked. She measured the work area and prepared the paperwork in accordance with our agreement. As we were in the house measuring, her crew (made up of Roy, Jack, Robert and Carl) started putting the equipment in place. The first thing I notice is although my Job was the third for their day, they all had a look of determination with smiles on their faces. They looked like they enjoyed their job and worked well with each other. At the end of the job when they had completed, they still looked like they enjoyed doing what they do.
I found the entire experience to; far exceed my expectation. This company is highly professional and completed the work in the time frame, promised. I expected it to take much longer than estimated. The cost was much better than the numbers I came up with especially if I would have attempted it myself. I am writing this one day after the job was completed, the effort was completed in less than 4 hours. I am able to get up from a good night’s sleep that is something I did not anticipate, if I would have done this work myself. I am now completely ready to install the vinyl flooring that will change the appearance of my entire house.
I took a few moments to walk through the house with my wife and on exiting the house I was going personally thank each of the team members that did such a great job. However when I walked outside to thank everyone they were gone and looking around at the area they used as a staging area, you would have not known anyone had been there.
I highly recommend Arizona Home Floors for a dust free tile removal job that will allow me to complete this remodeling effort on time and within my planned budget. So thank you Maryanne, Roy, Jack, Robert, and Carl the job is complete. I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!
