Best Baseboard Install in Phoenix AZ

We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

A very shocking update to my prior post.... I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars. Yes... STEAL. Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously. Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return). He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in. I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of business they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

I met Daniel a few years ago when he repaired a problem in the floor of our house which we were selling. He came to our house on a Sunday because we needed the help quickly. We hired him to install a wood floor in our new home and he was a great help. He warned us against with the wood we had chosen. It was too thin not of great quality. If you want to avoid the mess of dust all over your stuff after getting porcelain tile removed, this is the company to hire!! They have a dust free system/machine that is absolutely amazing and really is dust free! This was very important to us as we do have allergy issues in our home, not to mention we enated to avoid the mess that would have been left if the tile removal was done any other way!
They did an AMAZING job and I will be recommending them whenever I hear of others who are needing their tile removed!

My Residential flooring contractor was very meticulous and made sure the job was done correctly. He took the time to ensure that the floor was level and properly fitted, and that all the edges were flawless. I'm quite happy with the outcome because the final product was exactly what I desired.

A designer friend recommended at Home Solutionz - Laveen for our floor remodel and said he would get us a designer discount when it was time to make our final choices. Wonderful selection of options in the showroom and nice big samples to look at which I loved. We went with 2 tone French oak with matching Herringbone for the entrance and powder room. The price was on the high side but as expected these guys sell a quality product and we did get 15% from our designer so it worked out!

They were willing to guide me through all aspects of the install process. The crew is trustworthy and I did leave them alone a couple of days. Highly Recommend.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!
