Best A Bath Renovation in Phoenix AZ

On another longtime customer's recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicole's skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

From start to finish this company was not very good to work with. They did not do the job for starters they subbed my job out. The company they hired was late and did not show up the 1st day. The installation was done very sloppy and messy and the floors were not prepared properly. I have uneven floors, floors that are not level, we have lips, trips, cracked, chipped, and hollow tiles. Home Solutions sent 2 of their own employees out to see job 2 separate times and both of them admitted to the errors and both stated the floors needed to be removed and completely redone. When the owner of the original company Home solutions came out to inspect he said they were fine and nothing was wrong and he did not want to do anything to help and fix the issues. I am waiting on the ROC to report back with their findings. We will see how this all works out..... As of right now I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Highly unprofessional, rude, narcissist and arrogant. I had to leave halfway during our discussion. Don’t waste your time. And the prices are marked up too. Save yourself.
