Quality service by everyone at AK Brands Flooring. Though I don't want to say anything bad but, I received knowledge that Floor and Decor workers just didn't have about their products and really didn't care.
These guys helped with Design, Had the lowest prices and installation that was done quick with quality work.
The only part bad about these guys is that they are a word of mouth company. And I found them by accident. Everyone in Phoenix should at least stop by AK Brands Flooring to see their unique products and try their service.

custom floors is a fantastic company with a lot choose from f you looking for a big selection and people who know what they're talking about this is the flooring company you're going to want to get all of your flooring from.

The work Danny has done has transformed our home. He did our master bedroom, living area, kitchen, hallways and closets in about 5 days. He also installed new baseboards (I never thought I would be excited about baseboards) and they look magnificent. Danny also gave us tips for maintaining the floors. The price was very reasonable too, less than what we were seeing from the major companies. We plan on using him again when we are ready to do our bathrooms.

They have done many jobs over the years for me and my family! They are awesome to work with!!

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

Wow! Wow! WOW! FINALLY..... A company with REAL and TIMELY customer service. I had Chris (owner) come out and measure my home for new LVP flooring. There was a lot of demo work required as well to remove old carpet, glued wood, and tile. Of the three companies I called, only Chris returned my call right away, was here the next day measuring with high-tech laser equipment. The other two came out several days later with tape measures. Chris was very prompt with his highly detailed estimate. We were planning to buy the LVP from Floor and Decor as we had be told they have the best selection and pricing. Chris did not attempt to talk us out of this. He offered to do the install even if we secured the flooring elsewhere but he invited my wife and I to visit his showroom. We did and we found better quality at a $1/sf LESS than Floor and Decor, savings us $1,000. The other two companies never even sent me their estimates! We hired Chris and he kept us informed multiple times a day, when necessary, to ensure we knew exactly what was coming next. The demo was amazing to watch and his folks were VERY tidy and courteous. The new flooring came in one day ahead of schedule and the installation was today. Their prep work and installation was flawless. These installers have been with Chris for more than 10 years and did an outstanding job! I know quality work as I worked construction as a millwork subcontractor for years. Again, great company (father and son business), great installers, very response, very tidy, and kind. I recommend them HIGHLY!

Very professional installation. Crew cleaned up as they installed. Great product. Beautiful result. You get what you pay for. There are less expensive options out there, but know exactly what you are buying.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The were professional, neat and efficient in the installation of our 2500 sq. ft. of flooring. Their entire staff was great to work with, and, would definitely recommend them. JT

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns

At first, it seemed like I was getting a good job, for a steep price, which I did not mind. The job was completed. Jim's workers were pleasant but they did not do the job properly. They also did not do what they had promised to complete. There were portions of the floor that were just awful and you could see the sanding circles. Also, they were suppose to leave me a pint of the concocted color ( which was a blend of other colors) they did not. I have called twice and Jim has not returned my calls. I would suggest to go elsewhere. Thank you
