They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

Installed plank tile in my home and the floor looks great. Very good work, reasonable price and easy to work with.

I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

Me and my family were on Cave Creek Rd on 9/21/22 when one of their work of vehicles was speeding through traffic cut us off and nearly caused a collision. The Individual that was driving was brake checking people and had absolute zero consideration for anyone on the road this was absolutely insane called the office twice with no answer completely unprofessional behavior in a work vehicle!!?!?
